SimsModly is an unofficial, fan-made project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Electronic Arts or Maxis. "The Sims" and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Mods & downloads

Mods are provided by their creators "as is". Install them at your own risk and always back up your saves. Some content is available only to VIP supporters.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or upload malicious files. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and we are not liable for damage to your game or saved data.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
